Log in to your Winston AI account.
In the left-hand menu, scroll down to the Billing section and click on Manage subscription.
You will be taken to a page that displays:
Your current plan (e.g., “Essential AI Plan”)
Your usage details (monthly credits, remaining top-ups, etc.)
Subscription plan pricing, billing period, and renewal date
On the Manage Subscription page, you will see several options at the top:
Cancel Subscription
Pause Subscription
Change Plan
To proceed with cancellation, click on the Cancel Subscription button.
A confirmation prompt typically appears, asking if you are sure you want to cancel. The prompt may include details such as:
The date when your subscription will officially end
Any remaining credits or features you’ll still have access to until the end of the billing cycle
Review the details, then confirm the cancellation.
Important: After confirming, you will receive a confirmation email indicating that your cancellation has been scheduled. If you don't receive it, please check your inbox spam folder.
Once the cancellation is scheduled, you will still have access to your Winston AI features until the last day of your current billing period. On that final day (the end of your billing cycle), your subscription will officially end, and you’ll receive a second confirmation email notifying you that your plan has been canceled.
If you change your mind before the final day, you have to option to un-cancel your subscription, by clicking on "Uncancel subscription".
Yes, Winston AI offers a Pause Subscription feature. This is useful if you only need to stop service temporarily. By pausing, you retain your account data and preferences without being charged for the subscription during the pause.
In most cases, subscriptions remain active until the end of the current billing period, and no prorated refunds are offered. Check Winston AI’s refund policy or contact support for more details.
Use the Payment methods and View invoices buttons on the same Manage Subscription page to update your card information or review billing history.
