How to Delete Your Winston AI Account

Before deleting your account, please note:
  • Your account will be placed in a deletion queue and permanently deleted after 3 days. During that period, it can be reactivated at any time.
  • This action permanently erases all your personal data and cannot be undone
  • You must cancel any active subscriptions first
  • Social login users (Google/Facebook) need to set a password before deletion

    • Step-by-step instructions

    1 - Log into your Winston AI account


    2 - Navigate to Account Settings

    • Click your name in the top-right corner
    • Select "Account"

    3 - If using social login (Google/Facebook)

  • Scroll to the "Update Password" section
  • Create a new password for your account

    4 - If you have an active subscription
  • Click your name in the top-right corner
  • Select "Billing"
  • Cancel your subscription

    5 - Delete your account
  • Scroll to the bottom of the Account page
  • Find the "Delete Account" section
  • Click the red delete button
  • Enter your password to confirm

    • ⚠️ Warning: Once confirmed, your account and all associated data will be placed in a deletion queue for 3 days, and then permanently deleted with no possibility of recovery.
